Booking policy Ronnie Mitchell, Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Phlebotomist, Owner & Founder of R. Skin Studio Private Studio Location in Los Angeles, California Welcome Thank you for choosing R. Skin Studio for your skincare needs. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth booking process and the best possible experience. Deposit Policy A $150 non-refundable deposit is required immediately upon booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are accepted via Venmo (@LAOils) or Zelle (info@losangelesoilsandbutters.com) only. Please Note: • Although you must provide your credit card information during the booking process, your card will not be charged for the $150 deposit. Credit cards are only charged if a client fails to show up for their appointment without providing notice (no-call, no-show). • Deposits must be made immediately after scheduling, or your appointment will be canceled. • The deposit amount will be applied to your final balance due at the end of your service. Remaining balance accepted in cash, Venmo, or Zelle only—no debit/credit cards or CashApp. • When sending the deposit, include your full name, appointment date, and time. Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a confirmation text with our service address and a link for additional details. Important Service Requirements For both new and returning clients: • Clients currently using Retin-A, Tretinoin, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, or azelaic acid products (prescription or over-the-counter) must discontinue use 30 days prior to the appointment. • No facial hair trimming (fades, tapers, line-ups) or any facial hair removal (shaving, waxing, dermaplaning) within 72 hours of your appointment. Laser hair removal on the face must be done at least 5 days before your appointment. • Clients who have had a chemical peel from another provider within the last 30 days are not eligible for services. These guidelines ensure your safety and optimal results. No exceptions. Pregnancy Policy For health and safety reasons, we do not provide services to clients at any stage of pregnancy. Thank you for your understanding. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy • Returning Client Courtesy Reschedule Policy: Clients may reschedule once if notified at least 10 or more days in advance. Reschedules will incur a $100 rescheduling fee (non-applicable to the final balance). • NEW CLIENT Courtesy Reschedule Policy: Please be advised that all new clients are expected to adhere to their scheduled appointment date and time. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required for each appointment requested, which will secure your booking. Please note that deposits are not transferable to other dates. In Other Words Once You’ve Booked You’re Appointment Date & Time YOU’RE LOCKED IN. If you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required & you will forfeit your previously paid deposit (No Exceptions). This policy is in place to ensure fair access to Ronnie’s limited appointment slots and to discourage unnecessary & inconvenient new client rescheduling. • New clients are allowed one reschedule for their first visit only. A second reschedule will result in a loss of both the original and rescheduled deposits, as well as being blocked from all future services. No exceptions. Note: Due to high demand, Ronnie cannot guarantee rescheduling availability within the same month!You May have to wait for next cycle of appointments to open which could be 60-120 days. New clients are expected to adhere to the original appointment commitment. DEPOSITS ARE ABSOLUTELY NON REFUNDABLE. Best Results Facial Pricing RETURNING CLIENTS: The Best Results Facial has a starting rate of $350 (As Of December 2024), based on a session time of 1-1.5 hours. Additional time required due to extensive work or add-ons may incur extra charges ($25-$150). This service pricing applies to the face only and does not cover scalp, body areas, or extra skin treatments outside of those included. NEW CLIENTS: The Best Results Facial has a starting rate of $400 (As Of December 2024), based on a session time of about 1-1.5 hours. Additional time required due to extensive work or add-ons may incur extra charges ($25-$150). This service pricing applies to the face only and does not cover scalp, body areas, or extra skin treatments outside of those included. Punctuality Policy Appointments are meticulously timed to deliver the best results. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee. Please plan for Los Angeles traffic and ensure prompt arrival. No exceptions. For Clients Traveling to Los Angeles If you are flying in, please allow sufficient buffer time for any potential travel delays. Refunds or waivers of rescheduling fees will not be granted for missed appointments due to delayed or canceled flights. Thank you for respecting our policies. Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Booked Prepaid Clients Please Be Aware, Last Minute Cancellations Will Be Subjected 50% of the service balance plus A Mandatory $75 Rescheduling Fee, No Exceptions! Clients 10 Minutes Late Will Have To Reschedule Appointment, No Exceptions! Please Be On Time For Your Service.
