————————— LOCATION COVERAGE All booking policies, service requirements, payment terms, cancellation rules, and pricing outlined on this page apply to both Los Angeles and Atlanta appointments. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct location when booking: • Ronnie – Los Angeles, CA for appointments • Ronnie – Atlanta for appointments in Sandy Springs, GA Please review all policies carefully before booking, regardless of location. ————————— Los Angeles BOOKING & DEPOSITS • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required immediately upon booking a Tuesday - Friday appointment. • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required immediately upon booking a Saturday Appointment. • Deposit methods: • Venmo: (@LAOils) • Zelle: (info@losangelesoilsandbutters.com) • Credit card information is required at booking. Your card is not charged unless you are a No Call/No Show (Please read Cancellation policy). This helps prevent frivolous or fraudulent bookings. • Deposits must be sent immediately or your appointment request will be declined. • Deposits are applied to the final balance. • Remaining balance accepted via: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle only. • No debit/credit cards or CashApp. • Include your full name, appointment date, and time when sending your deposit. • A confirmation text will be sent after your deposit is received. This text will include the service address. • By submitting your service deposit, you confirm you have read the About section in full and agree to all terms and policies. ⬇️ ————————— SERVICE REQUIREMENTS • Discontinue Retin-A, Tretinoin, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, or azelaic acid 30 days before your appointment. • No facial hair trimming, waxing, or removal within 72 hours of your appointment. • Laser hair removal must be completed at least 5 days prior. • No chemical peels from other providers within the last 30 days. ————————— PREGNANCY POLICY No services provided at any stage of pregnancy ————————— RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY • Appointments cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, your deposit is forfeited and a new appointment with a new deposit must be booked. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Appointment availability is not guaranteed within the same month when requesting a new booking. As this is a highly demanded service. • Clients who cancel, arrive more than 10 minutes late, or fail to show will be charged the remaining balance of their service to the card on file. No exceptions. • No Call/No Show clients will be charged in full and permanently blocked from future bookings. ————————— NEW CLIENTS • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for each Tuesday - Friday appointment. • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required immediately upon booking a Saturday appointment. • Deposits cannot be transferred to another date. • Appointments cannot be rescheduled. Missed appointments require a new deposit for a new booking. • If a new client cancels their first appointment, then books again and misses the second, both deposits are forfeited and the client will be blocked from future services. • Appointment availability for new bookings is not guaranteed within the same month. • First-time clients are not eligible for chemical peels. • Deposits are absolutely non-refundable under all circumstances. ————————— PRICING Best Results Facial Pricing (as of September 2025): • Returning Clients: Starts at $425 • New Clients: Starts at $425 • Saturday Appointments (Returning & New Clients): Starts at $450 Deposit : $250 If you cancel a Saturday appointment for any reason after booking, you will be responsible for the remaining service balance in full. You will also be permanently banned from booking future weekend services. No exceptions. • Session time: 1–1.5 hours • Extra time or add-ons: $25–$150 • Pricing applies to face only ————————— PUNCTUALITY POLICY • Clients arriving 10+ minutes late will be marked as a No Show. • No Shows forfeit their deposit and will be charged the remaining balance. • Plan ahead for LA or Atlanta traffic. ————————— CLIENTS TRAVELING TO LOS ANGELES/ATLANTA • Allow time for possible travel delays. • No refunds or waivers are granted for missed appointments due to delayed or canceled flights. ————————— BUSINESS HOURS • Services are by appointment only ————————— FINAL NOTES FROM RONNIE I understand these policies may feel strict, but as a solo practitioner they are essential to maintain fairness and to manage the high demand and limited availability of this service. Once you book, your appointment is secured and reserved exclusively for you. Reschedules are not permitted. Only new appointments can be made if you miss your original time. I show up fully prepared and on time for every appointment. Each client receives my full attention and professional care, and I expect the same level of respect in return. For this reason, there is absolutely no cell phone usage, photography, video recording, or phone calls permitted during your service. Phones are not allowed on the treatment table. Any use of a cell phone will immediately end your service, and you will still be responsible for full payment. This is a highly detailed treatment and distractions compromise the quality of care. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. No Call / No Show or Cancellations made without 48 hours notice Will Be Subjected 100% of the remaining service balance. If client would like to schedule a new appointment they must pay a new deposit. No Exceptions! Clients 10 Minutes Late Will Have To Reschedule Appointment, No Exceptions! Please Be On Time For Your Service.
